Chelsea proposed a reciprocal deal with Barcelona, according to which Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech would transfer to the Spanish club in return for the English club’s contract with Ivorian Frank Kessé.

And the Spanish “Spur” website reported that the London team is seeking to “get rid of” Ziyech during the current winter transfer period, and that it is open to making a reciprocal deal with Barcelona through the assignment of Kessie.
He added that a previous proposal would have transferred the “Black” star to Barcelona last year, in exchange for Chelsea benefiting from the transfer of Spaniard Ferran Torres to his ranks.
And the Spanish site confirmed that Chelsea is open to all offers in order to include the Ivorian midfield, indicating that it does not find a problem in selling Ziyash's contract to the Catalan club in this case.
It is noteworthy that the contract that brings Ziyash to Chelsea extends until the summer of 2025, but his club decided to abandon it during the current period, while a group of clubs are showing interest in him, including Newcastle and AC Milan.
